4-16-2004 Chapter hosts rare tour of BART tube
Early on April 16, the Chapter brought local media and BART experts together for a rare tour of the Transbay Tube, which BART has found "susceptible to earthquake damage" (http://www.bart.gov/about/projects/earthquakesafety.asp).
